We've been working with Girl on the Roof for several years now, and they consistently exceed our expectations—always able to deliver high quality, creative, and outstanding results with exceptionally fast turnaround. They are, to the core, great communicators, and always know the right questions to ask and the right considerations to make. Every time I feel that a project will be complicated or hard to achieve our desired results, they blow me away with how easily they are able to get from our vague and complicated requirements to a great finished product. They've set the bar very high!!

Girl on the Roof was hired by Oak Ridge Convention and Visitors Bureau (now called Explore Oak Ridge) to assist the City of Oak Ridge, Tennessee with rebranding. Girl on the Roof hosted a series of stakeholder interviews followed by a large community forum in which attendees from various sectors (education, industry, arts, nonprofit, tourism, elected and other government officials...) discussed the community’s assets and the common needs, goals, and audiences of their respective organizations. This formed a solid foundation upon which a new asset-based branding strategy was developed and supported by the community. The launch of the Explore Oak Ridge brand family was followed by a new website, social media campaign, video campaign, and community engagement initiatives. In the years following the campaign launch, Oak Ridge saw double-digit increases in tourism and a palpable sense of community pride among its residents.
